Join the Friends of Duncan Library Social Media Team!

We are a small fun team who help bring the great work of the Friends of Duncan Library to Facebook, Instagram, and Threads. We are looking for a few volunteers to join our merry band. We need people who can help in any of these ways:

• Take photographs

• Create event graphics

• Promote special events

• Feature library staff, volunteers, and FDOL sponsors

• Come up with creative video ideas

• Highlight the ways Friends of Duncan Library supports the library

• Recap library programs

• Show all of the services the library provides

Prior experience with photography, Canva, graphics, videos, and social media is welcome, but not required.

If you have a passion for the library, a willingness to learn, and a couple of hours a week to dedicate to social media projects, we would love to hear from you. We are also looking for folks who would be available to work on individual projects that would require a less regular time commitment.
